CANCELLATION POLICY

At Myfaktory, we care about your satisfaction and want to offer you an excellent shopping experience. For this reason, we have created a cancellation policy so that you can make your purchases with peace of mind.

CANCELLATION PERIOD

Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of payment and will receive a full refund of the purchase amount. If you wish to cancel your order after the first 24 hours, please note the following conditions:

Cancellation when the status of your order is ‘In production’: you will be entitled to a refund of 80% of the order amount.

Cancellation when the status of your order goes from ‘In transit’ to ‘In stock’: you will be entitled to a refund of 60% of the order amount.

If the product has already been shipped, it will unfortunately not be possible to cancel the order.

CANCELLATION PROCEDURE

To cancel an order, you must do so via your customer account (My Account / Orders / Click on Order Number / Request Cancellation). We will make sure that the order is cancelled.

REFUND

In the event that the cancellation is accepted, the refund will be made via the same payment method used by the customer in the original order. The refund will be made within a maximum of 7-30 business days after acceptance of the cancellation.
